Terms of Service
Last updated: July 15, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of appalachianappliancepros.com and appliance repair services provided by Appalachian Appliance Pros (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting service, contacting us, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
We provide residential appliance repair and related services in our service area. Service availability, timing, and parts access can vary by location, brand, model, and current demand. Submitting a request through our website or by phone does not guarantee same-day service or a specific appointment time until we confirm it with you.
Estimates and Pricing
Any quote provided before diagnosis is an estimate only. Final pricing may depend on the actual condition of the appliance, required parts, labor, and other factors discovered on site. We aim to communicate costs clearly before completing billable work beyond any diagnostic or trip fee that has been disclosed to you.
- You are responsible for approving work before non-diagnostic repairs begin
- Parts pricing may change based on availability and supplier costs
- Unpaid balances may result in delayed or canceled follow-up service
Appointments and Access
Please provide accurate contact information and ensure an adult is available at the service address during the scheduled window. Safe, reasonable access to the appliance and work area is required. If we arrive and cannot safely or reasonably perform service because of access, unsafe conditions, or incorrect information, a trip or diagnostic fee may still apply if previously disclosed.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.
Parts, Repairs, and Warranties
We perform repairs using parts we believe are suitable for the job. Manufacturer or aftermarket parts may be used depending on availability and the repair. Any warranty on parts or labor will be communicated at the time of service and is limited to the specific repair performed. Warranties do not cover unrelated failures, misuse, improper installation by others, lack of maintenance, power issues, or damage occurring after our service visit.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the appliance and the issue
- Disclose known hazards, previous repairs, or modifications
- Secure pets and clear a safe working space around the appliance
- Pay for services and approved parts according to the agreed terms
Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to interfere with site security, submit malicious content, scrape content for unauthorized use, or misuse our contact forms. Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appalachian Appliance Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost food, lost time, or secondary damage, arising from services or use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific service visit is limited to the amount you paid us for that visit, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the website, inaccurate information you provide, or unsafe conditions at the service location, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Kentucky, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the website or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
